Before you submit

  • Reasonable grounds documented in plain English.
  • Six elements covered: who, what, where, when, why, how.
  • Full names — no initials — of all persons.
  • DOBs, IDs, addresses where known.
  • Transaction details: amounts, dates, accounts, references.
  • Crime-type keywords applied.
  • AMLCO sign-off recorded.
  • Submission within 24 h (TF) / 3 business days (other).
After submission

Continue normal service to the customer. Maintain confidentiality. File evidence and supporting notes for at least 7 years.
